About

My approach

As a certified trauma-informed somatic practitioner, I bridge the gap between professional embodiment practices to connect to our emotional landscapes, nervous systems and felt sense of the body with spiritual teaching, understanding and support to create a grounded approach. My approach weaves embodied boundaries, authentic desire connection, finding safety in the body and with others, radical acceptance, breathwork, somatic movement, emotional exploration and spiritual topics such as manifestation, integration of metaphysical and plant medicine experiences, astral projection and star being discussion, limiting belief reevaluation and spiritual burnout and offer a supportive and grounded approach to these topics coming back into our collective consciousness.

Nervous system regulation is at the heart of everything I do

Our nervous systems dictate the state and health of our lives, whether we look at this from the neuroscientific or spiritual perspective alike. My embodied approach aims to work with and regulate the tone of the nervous system so as to create positive transformation in our physical and metaphysical lives.

My journey

My path into this work has been a fairly unexpected one. I started my career in fashion, working in styling and personal shopping. After around five years, I realised that despite things sounded good, I was deeply unhappy and struggling with crippling anxiety.

Around that time, I read a chapter in a book about the things people tend to reflect on at the end of their lives. One idea stayed with me: don't give your life to work; give it to love, relationships, people and the things that bring you joy. It stirred something within me and made me question what I was doing with my own life and within a couple of months I had quit my job without knowing what would come next.

That led me, somewhat unexpectedly, into the world of sexuality, intimacy and embodiment for nearly 8 years. I trained as a trauma-informed somatic practitioner specialising in intimacy and bodywork and through both working with others and my own healing, I came to understand just how powerful the body can be. Learning to feel emotions rather than avoid them, recognise boundaries, reconnect with desire and listen to the nervous system changed parts of my life that I had struggled with for most of my life.

Then, in my late twenties, I experienced a profound and unexpected spiritual awakening. Although I had grown up around spiritual beliefs, I had actually spent much of my life moving in the opposite direction. Suddenly I was questioning the nature of reality, experiencing intense shifts in perception and synchronicities, and going through huge physical, emotional and relational changes. For about a year, I genuinely wondered if I was losing my mind.

Eventually, after an intense physical experience, I sought out a medium that I had been thinking about seeing for almost a year. That meeting with him that evening marked a distinct before and after in my life and gave me a completely different framework for understanding what had been happening, and my life began to change very quickly. A depression I had carried for around ten years lifted instantaneously, and I experienced a sense of hope and awe for life that I hadn't felt in a very long time.

The years since haven't been a neat spiritual journey. There have been dark nights of the soul, ego deaths, metaphysical experiences, astral explorations, huge changes in relationships and identity, and plenty of very ordinary human challenges. And that's actually something I value about the path I've been on: spirituality doesn't exist separately from being human.

The more I've explored both somatic work and spirituality, the more I see the body as the bridge between them. Our bodies are where we experience emotion, desire, boundaries and relationships, but they are also a place of intuition, inner knowing and spiritual experience. We came into this life to be in the body, and I’m interested in learning how to both inhabit it more fully and work with it as a tool.

This is what my work is about now: creating a grounded space for people navigating spiritual awakening and experiences, inner transformation, burn out, life changes or simply a feeling that something in them is asking to be lived differently.

I'm here to help you slow down, listen, process and reconnect with your own knowing — using the body as a place to explore what is true for you and invite it in as part of both the spiritual and human experience.

Now in my thirties, I’ve worked with great somatic teachers, spiritual guides, shamans and those in the unseen realms alike, and I’ve been meticulously learning through lived experience how to create a bridge for myself that I have created as a portal for others to walk through too.

I work as the banks to your river, providing a framework for you to make meaning of your own life, to create space for the change you desire and to connect with your own authentic self through a somatic lens.

Ultimately, I believe there is no better medicine for your life than becoming more deeply connected to yourself.
